Challenges:
- being designated a responsibility and getting no support
from senior management when trying to implement new policies.
- managing the behaviour of students brought up on cyber
games and with less parental attention, leading to an
inability to pay attention for extended periods of time and
an increasing lack of respect for authority and/or age
- holding a whole staff together as a community in a school
with wide-spread buildings
- budget restraints, especially providing each faculty with
enough materials/staff to carry out their jobs effectively
- supporting staff with temporary special needs that put a
strain on the management of a whole faculty, department or
school

Hmm, that should do for a start!
