We have a teacher or team of teachers who is/are responsible for
the PSHE/Citizenship and Responsibility programme of study. They
design lessons that are then taught by the tutors (Homeroom
teachers?)of the classes. These do follow the strands of a
curriculum inplemented by the Government Education Advisors. You
can find out more online...sorry I am not an expert.
