You say "This concern has been expressed". Has it been expressed by
you? Have you approached the curriculum committee? Senior
    Mangement? Governors?
Is there a paper trail or an electronic (email) trail that can be
    traced?
Is anyone else concerned or is this a personal issue?
It would be better if it were raised as an issue at a meeting, as
    an agenda item.
Now would be a good time do it as the final resignation date for
the term approaches. The numbers of advertisements, applications and
    interviews should be increasing.
