I have no responsibility for advertising but I am concerned that
it is not clear that although it is a Catholic school,
applications from non-Catholics are welcome. This concern has
been expressed but there is no change to the ads which are run
in the TES and local papers. Another factor may be the high
cost of living in this area although we do get the London Fringe
    Allowance.

The reason I want to go back to ordinary classroom teaching is
that I am not working in my specialist field (DT Systems&Control
and Electronics) and don't need the money or administration that
comes with being Head of ICT. However, my move is subject to
somebody being recruited to take on my present job. The
alternative is for me to change schools but I am not keen to do
    so.
